October 18, 2023 -Baltimore, MD – The Cromwell Funds, an innovative mutual fund company that commenced operations in March 2022, announced it has completed its adoption of the Greenspring Fund, expanding its growing line-up to five mutual funds.

After receiving approval by its shareholders, the Greenspring Fund has been renamed the Cromwell Greenspring Mid Cap Fund. Corbyn Investment Management (Corbyn) will continue the day-to-day management of the Fund’s portfolio as the Fund’s sub-advisor. Fund Portfolio Managers Chip Carlson and Mike Goodman will remain in place, supported by Corbyn’s highly experienced investment team. The Fund will maintain a consistent equity process focused on high-quality mid-sized companies benefitting from secular or company-specific tailwinds and generating significant free cash flow, while trading at attractive valuations.

Over the past year, CenterSquare Investment Management, Marketfield Asset Management, Tran Capital Management and Foresight Group have also become sub-advisors to various Cromwell Funds. The Cromwell Funds is in the process of forming a sixth fund which will include Tran Capital and the highly regarded fixed income team at Aristotle Pacific Capital and should be available to investors in Q1 2024.
